Senior Data Analyst

Position Description:

HHUNY is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with expertise in designing and implement studies of care management processes and outcomes for cohorts of clients in Health Homes. Proficiency in Tableau for creating and maintaining interactive data visualizations is essential for this role. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, and Python is also essential for this role.

The Senior Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to create reports that provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. They will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop reporting solutions that meet those requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. The Senior Data Reporting Analyst will also be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to drive business growth and efficiency. Additionally, they may be involved in developing and maintaining data reporting systems and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a focus on care management and population health management. 10 year experience is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision.
