• You'll work your magic to ensure our Vision Center dazzles with effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and a stock that's always ready to impress. Say goodbye to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary! 

• Be the maestro of customer service! You'll model, enforce, and guide our associates on creating unforgettable customer experiences. Turning challenges into triumphs? It's your specialty. 

• Your leadership extends beyond our doors. Spearhead community outreach programs, inspire your team to be community rockstars, and let's make a positive impact together. 

• Dive into the nitty-gritty of compliance and regulations with flair. Analyze reports, implement safety controls, and develop action plans that scream innovation. Your strategic mindset will be the driving force behind our success. 

• Ensure our customers walk away with not just eyewear but an experience. Consult, educate, and provide top-notch eyewear solutions. Repair frames like a pro and maintain our optical wonderland.

• Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Current eligibility to work as an optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules 

• ABO certification and CA state-licensed
