Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for desktops, laptops, label printers, scanners and mobile devices.
  • Provide technical support to end-users by resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide tier 1 network support and troubleshooting.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network printers and other peripheral devices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our internal applications and participate in feature changes, escalations and testing
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Document and update IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and configurations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
