The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse inventory and staff. This position will specifically be responsible for team members that cover warehouse organization, job picking/staging, material handling from dock to warehouse locations, and outside process job transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Inventory Control & Logistics Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Duties:

• Maintains accurate inventory locations for new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
• Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
• Prioritizes daily work for the team based on production needs.
• Resolves inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
• Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
• Schedules material being picked for internal and external processes.
• Collaborates with Inventory Control & Logistics Manager to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of related experience required; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of propane forklift operation experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
