The newly formed Fielmann USA Inc. is embarking on a journey that will redefine the expectations of eyecare and eyewear for US consumers.

Job Summary

Looking for a talented and self-driven individual to add to our team. Will work closely with the Lab and Warehouse teams and play a key role in in optimizing inventory control. We are searching for full time Inventory Control Clerk who will be responsible for managing the inventory, via cycle counts, inventory audits, inventory adjustments at our facilities. This includes tracking incoming and outgoing stock, reconciling discrepancies, adjusting stock counts, and maintaining accurate records. The Inventory Control Clerk must be highly organized and detail-oriented, as accuracy and timeliness are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels of frame stock, supplies, and other merchandise.
• Count and update existing stock and adjust stock levels daily via:
  1. Daily Cycle counts
  2. Daily UPC audits
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
• Follow all safety regulations and warehouse protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in inventory control or related field
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and methods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
