Position Summary
The Maintenance Inventory Clerk supports the maintenance department by managing spare parts inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper organization of maintenance storerooms. This role is critical to minimizing equipment downtime by ensuring essential parts and supplies are available when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for maintenance parts, components, and supplies
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials; verify against purchase orders
  • Issue parts to maintenance technicians and properly track usage
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs to leadership or purchasing
  • Organize and maintain maintenance storerooms for efficiency and compliance
  • Label and track critical spare parts inventory
  • Support maintenance team in identifying and locating parts
  • Maintain inventory records in company systems (e.g., Paycom, SAP, or internal tools)
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements
  • Assist with vendor deliveries and documentation as needed

Minimum Qualifications
