Job Details

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years’ experience, preferably in real estate, retail or property management
Team player, detail-oriented, self-motivated and a strong work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Scope of Responsibilities:

Interact with tenants, contractors, consultants and executives to insure our properties meet our standards
Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Property Manager on Virginia shopping centers
Process invoices, track expenses and prepare contracts
Perform property inspections with Property Manager
Work with tenant coordination on buildout of tenant spaces
Assist on preparation of budgets and forecasts
