Dental Front Office

Our well-established and highly reviewed dental practice in Conyers, GA (30094) is seeking a full-time, Dental Front Office Assistant / Dental Receptionist to join our phenomenal team! We have a wonderful, team-oriented work environment!

• Have at least 1 year experience working in a dental office
• Knowledge about dental procedures
• Have experience with verifying dental insurances
• Be a reliable team-player with excellent communication skills
• Experience with Dentrix software is preferred, but not required

Duties for our Dental Front Office / Dental Receptionist include:

• Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
• Checking in and checking out patients
• Verifying insurance benefits and submitting claims
• Assisting patients with financial arrangements and collecting payments
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
• Recare calls when needed
• Enter patient data into our system and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
