Job Description
About this Job.
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of General Accountant. This individual will control and maintain records of the company’s daily accounting transactions.
Responsibilities:
The General Accountant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Record accounting transactions
- Record Capital calls
- Assist with the audit back ups
- Intercompany accounts reconciliation
- Reconciling accounts with the general ledger
- Bank reconciliation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting, or in a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in general ledger accounting, or similar
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superb time-management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in construction company
- Knowledge of Sage 300 & QuickBooks
