What is the purpose of this Job?

The purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service to our garage door customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and online chat. This role involves sharing product information, offering services, and effectively resolving service-related issues. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong customer service skills and excel in multitasking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries, providing product information and updates on service via a multi-line phone system.
  • Efficiently scheduling and dispatching appointments for customers in multiple markets using Service Titan software.
  • Assisting with training and mentoring for a proficient workforce.
  • Focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative strategies.
  • Swiftly addressing service inquiries, resolving issues, and retaining customer accounts via email.
  • Managing customer escalations and relations with strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Balancing appointment schedules to ensure efficient allocation to technicians' service areas.
  • Assisting the call center in handling scheduling inquiries and related issues.
  • Supporting technicians with follow-up appointments and resolving scheduling challenges.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates a consistently positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with bilingual (Spanish) skills will be favorably considered.
  • Self-motivated with a resourceful mindset and a strong passion for learning.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities with proactive initiative.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and precision.
  • Effective leadership and motivation capabilities.

Work Schedule- Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 AM-6:00 PM with Friday and Saturday off

** Our company's pay period is Sunday through Saturday, with WEEKLY payroll! That means payday is EVERY Friday! **
