Self managing in day to day tasks, needing minimal tactical and technical guidance once acclimated to the IGP initiative.
10 years experience designing and developing cross-organizational data interfaces both from the data content and transport technology perspectives.
Demonstrated ability to call out and negotiate technical specifications with various tech-savvy counterparts – i.e. listen and influence others to achieve alignment.
Skilled at summarizing and explaining technical topics (e.g. designs, constraints, trade offs) with non-technical stakeholders.
Means of solicitating and/or raising key technical requirement gaps for team consideration.
Experience testing complex system integrations within a quality management system including drafting quality documentations and authoring/executing test cases in support of system validation.
General professional preparedness – i.e. prompt to meetings, timely communications, meet agreed upon deadlines.
Working knowledge of clinical operational data concepts.

Requirements:

Client-ClinRun interface data element specifications and associated data transformation logic.
Data transfer specifications (DTS) between Client and the ClinRun environments.
Design, development and testing of the Client-side transport mechanisms; note that development in the ClinRun environment is out of scope and up to 3 APIs/file drop interfaces are currently foreseen.
Documentation of interface designs.
Test environment definition and participation in its provisioning.
Quality documentation as required to fulfill CSQA validation activities including:
- Jira stories/requirements
- Design documentation.
- Test plans, test scripts, test execution, test summary reports.
- Security, maintenance and recovery plans.
Participation in meetings and working sessions as required.
