Location: Arroyo

This job requires you to relocate to New York.

Duties and responsibilities:

Maintain client’s lawns, Fertilize, Mowing, Cut the lawns, Grass removal, Water the lawn

Maintain and build garden beds.

We work in a changing climate environment.

This job does not require a drug test but is required in case of suspicion.

This job starts in April or later and ends around November 30

Work hours vary between 6a.m. and 6p.m. Some weekends when necessary

We take company rules very seriously and enforced immediate terminations for fights, drugs, excessive alcohol consumption in the home, tardiness, excessive absenteeism, poor performance, and failure to keep the home clean and quiet.

Benefits:

This job pays $18 per hour. Payday is every Friday

Paid time off, you earn one hour for every 30 hours worked without exceeding 56 hours per year.

The company will provide shirts. You are responsible for pants/shorts and steel toe boots (pants with holes are not allowed) We want you to represent our company in an effective way.

Airfare and travel:

Bring at least $200 on the first day for food and necessities. Workers are financially responsible for themselves when they arrive and must have sufficient funds for their food and personal expenses. If you resign or are fired, you do not have the right to stay in the home and you are responsible for your transportation costs to where you want to go.

We offer a $500 travel package that will be deducted from your paycheck for the first 4 or 6 weeks little by little until the balance is reached. If you resign or are fired, the full amount will be deducted from your last paycheck.

Housing and Land transportation:

The home is at 2 Terminal Lane, Fort Edward, NY 12828. Housing is included. Housing only for employees. There will be 2 workers per room. Workers are responsible for cleaning the house and keeping it in good condition. They are also responsible for lawn care. Smoking or drug use are NOT allowed in the house. If you break the rules or are disruptive, you will be dismissed and must leave the home immediately. We will provide transportation to work and the supermarket. Rules will be provided for this privilege. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house.
