client is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our team at a leading biotech company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects within the healthcare domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, developers, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance to drive project success.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, motivating team members towards project objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and post-mortems to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in project management within the biotech or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of drug development processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
