We are looking for a candidate (preferably bilingual in Spanish and English) with positive can-do attitude to be part of our Sales Department!The role of the Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative:Calling customers (existing/new) for daily orders of productsServe as a liaison between the merchandiser, customer, and the operations departmentProvide customer service by answering inbound calls and emails, professionallySupport the Business Development Managers on orders to ensure accuracyUpdate price sheets and send out to customersMaintain price reports, inventory reports, and return reports dailyWork well with team members to ensure the success of your role and the companyOther administrative tasks to ensure an efficient office and operationsJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience level:1 year2 yearsShift:8 hour shiftWeekly day range:Monday to FridayWork setting:In-personOfficeWork Location: In person
