• Oversee administrative assistants and serve as an operations manager to make sure procedures are followed correctly.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
• Oversee agency production goals.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

• Must have a 2-20 license.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
• Full-time or Part-time available.
