Customer Experience Clerk (Heavy Equipment & Light Cont. Equip.)

Note - This is not a remote position.

A South Florida Caterpillar dealer is seeking a Customer Experience Clerk to work out of the service office and serve as a liaison between the Service Department and customers.

The individual chosen will help in monitoring all phases of the communication process between the service department and the customer.

This position is responsible for proactively contacting Customers with a machine in the service shop actively being repaired.

Customers will be updated with current tech availability, machine repair status, as well as information on parts availability issues.

Understand, & update, and utilize our customer relationship management system and other dealership customer information-based systems.

Dedication to relevant continuous personal learning and development; openness to participate in related product support projects and assist the department in other ad hoc tasks when the need arises.

Represent the company in an ethical and professional manner.

Needs to have strong phone and verbal communication skills.

Active listening skills.

Proficient computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Will maintain thorough records of all conversations in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Modern.

Must be a high school graduate.
