Job Title: Inbound Sales Agent - Full Time


Location: Orlando, FL

As an Inbound Sales Agent, you'll play a crucial role in managing daily phone sales generated from inbound calls to our customer care center. Your dedication will be rewarded with commission opportunities, in addition to a competitive rate. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive sales by providing exceptional service during incoming phone calls from All Star clients.
  • Maintain and build upon existing relationships with All Star’s valued customers.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect automotive parts solution for their vehicles.
  • Confirm the selection of the right part for each client, ensuring customer success.
  • Drive sales through exceptional service during inbound calls.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with All Star's valued customers.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers, delivering unparalleled service.
  • Handle a high volume of calls and maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Provide support beyond traditional sales duties, ensuring an overall positive customer experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive customer service experience, known for following through.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to make prompt decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to add value to a team successfully.
  • Phone sales experience required.
  • Understanding of the automotive industry and parts is helpful.
  • Essential computer and technology skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Teachable, friendly, and willing to help in all needed areas.
  • College degree preferable.
  • Spanish-speaking is not essential but would be helpful.
  • Position is very fast-paced, requiring the ability to handle a high intensity of calls and workload.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Lift and move totes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, both below the waist and above the head.
  • Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variation and able to access all areas of the building without limitations.
