Pave Talent, in collaboration with a well-respected non-profit human services organization, seeks a passionate and dedicated Program Manager. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to be a key driver in providing outstanding mental health services, fostering self-reliance among at-risk youth and their families.
Our ideal candidate has experience and training related to being culturally responsive to clients who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and LGBTQAI+. You will be provide clinical supervision on culturally responsive and LGBTQAI+ affirming treatment. You have experience supporting clients on issues related to racism, homophobia, and other identity-based issues. You should also be passionate about the working with youth and families, and supporting clients with unstable housing.
Role Impact: As a Program Manager, you'll oversee the program, ensuring clinical and administrative excellence, and fostering a team culture that values morale and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical and Administrative Supervision: Oversee associate and licensed clinicians, including their orientation, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Outreach and Engagement: Increase program awareness and maintain a consistent stream of referrals by conducting outreach in various settings.
- Team Development: Assist with the recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of program staff.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet client needs, legal, ethical standards, and contract expectations through direct monitoring and quality assurance activities.
Candidate Profile:
- MA degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
- Licensed by California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
- Preferably two years post-licensure, with a strong background in direct services and experience working with homeless and displaced youth.
- Open-minded, collaborative, enthusiastic about their work, and demonstrates a creative approach to problem-solving.
