• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and establish an effective treatment approach.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.
• Deliver individualized therapy through scheduled teletherapy sessions, employing techniques that address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Provide on-demand crisis intervention and support, remaining accessible to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to collaborative treatment efforts.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and industry conferences to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

The ideal candidates will have the experience and dedication to work with a diverse clientele, including adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Our therapists have the opportunity to address complex cases, with a focus on addressing disparities in mental health access within the Yonkers community. Providing culturally competent care and demonstrating sensitivity to individual client backgrounds is crucial in our approach.

• Must possess a valid and current licensure as one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills, with a commitment to maintaining detailed case notes while minimizing paperwork burden.
• Candidate must have no history of disciplinary action on their professional license.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and conducting virtual therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• A background in community mental health services or clinical practice within diverse community health settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the field of mental health.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, reflective of experience and caseload.
