• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to assess clients' mental health statuses and individual needs.
• Collaboratively develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic techniques for your adult clientele.
• Engage in teletherapy practices to deliver virtual counseling, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention strategies when necessary to aid clients in distress.
• Participate in regular professional development to remain abreast of the latest mental health practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes effectively while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Our client base comprises a diverse range of adults seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Your work will focus on creating a safe and empathetic space for these clients to navigate their mental health journeys while promoting resilience and healing within the community.

• A valid and current licensure as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients.
• Compassionate, empathetic demeanor with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions from professional board organizations.

• Previous experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Experience in a community mental health setting or similar organizational structure.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, with earnings dependent upon your caseload.
