REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ข Minimum 21 years of age
โ€ข Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
โ€ข High school diploma or GED
โ€ข Ability to pass child abuse registry check, background checks, and drug/alcohol screenings
โ€ข Physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for extended periods
โ€ข Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

โ€ข Prior experience working with youth and families in residential, community, or educational settings
โ€ข Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative
