FULL-TIME SUPERVISOR /6PM-2AM/$18HR

About Community Watch Solutions: Community Watch Solutions LLC provides professional security officers and patrol services for high-end gated communities and golf course communities.

Salary Position: $18hr

Site Supervisor: The Site Supervisor is expected to have the ability through training and experience to anticipate, recognize and reduce a security or crime risk and to take or initiate action to remove or reduce the risk or breach of security. The Site Supervisor is required to supervise, and train shift employees assigned under their charge. The Site Supervisor is responsible for performing duties in a professional and lawful manner in compliance with these directives. The Site Supervisor is required to follow the lawful request of any superior officer. The Site Supervisor shall ensure all security officers under his/her charge are fully knowledgeable of all duties and responsibilities.

Duties included, but not limited to:

· Managing a team of approximately 9 Security Officers

· Daily review of activity and incident reports

· Respond to guest/resident issues

· Ensure all posts and patrols have up-to-date pass-on logs and that the Security Officer(s) are aware of activities that are occurring or may impact his/her post or the security of the community.

· Inspect shift personnel for proper and clean uniform attire.

· Provide back-up and assistance to other officers as required

· Ensure all posts and patrols are trained and capable of conducting investigations that may be required during shift.

We are looking for a competent Security Officer to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. Experience managing a busy guard gate is required. Officers must be assertive and able to respectfully enforce the HOA rules. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are also required. Officers are required to perform all duties in a professional and lawful manner.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Security: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Class D Security (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Skills

• Proven experience as security officer or guard
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety

• Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems and reporting apps
• Registered as a security officer with the Florida Dept of Agriculture
