Office Equipment Service Technician

One of North Carolinas oldest office equipment dealers seeks an experienced service technician. Gray & Creech is authorized for Xerox, Sharp, and HP and covers all equipment segments, from desktop printers to 100 page per minute color digital presses. Our team combined has over 30 years of experience and has one numerous awards from the manufacturers we represent.

A service technician's responsibilities include:

• Superior customer service skills.
• This position covers standard office machines, with speeds ranging from 25-70ppm.
• Diagnosing office equipment issues and repairing to manufacturers' specifications.
• Escalating unresolved issues through manufacturer service portals.
• Reporting unresolved issues to management for fast resolution.
• Complete ongoing training for all manufacturers.
• Manage and maintain vehicle inventory.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Maintain company vehicle both mechanically and cleanliness.
• Willing to puts aside your personal goals and works well with others, doing what needs to be done to reach a common goal.
• Able to lift 50lbs or more and work from difficult positions.
• Step in to help with any service call or new install in order to help the company.
• Basic machine network installation.
