Outside sales: Minimum 3 years Required.

Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others.

Knowledge of construction preferred

Knowledge of insurance claims preferred

Ability to commute (Dallas/ Fort Worth, TX area)

Project management experience is a plus.

Full Job Description

SPURDEV Restoration is searching for a Priority Responder (Fire Chaser) to join our rapidly growing organization. In this role, you will be responding to emergency leads in real-time and selling SPURDEV’s services to affected homeowners and commercial properties Our ideal candidate should possess prior experience in fire service, EMS, police, public adjusting, construction/restoration sales, and chasing fires is a huge plus. We are seeking a talented, energetic, detail-oriented candidate looking to take their career to the next level!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Contract Wage; $45,000 - $55,00 Depending on experience and ability to be trained
• 4% commission pay (in addition to contract wage)

RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES

• Respond to quickly and professionally to Fire and water damage emergencies
• Utilize fire/police calls to respond to locals calls and discern the services needed
• Be available to respond to leads within one hour of notice
• Work and produce in an extremely high pressure and competitive environment
• Track and complete a weekly log of job activity
• Establish and maintain a working relationship with client through the restoration process.
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license
• IICRC certification Preferred.

Supplemental pay types:

• Weekly gas stipend of $120
• Bonus pay
• 4% Commission pay
• After you reach a million in sales, there is an opportunity to increase Contract wage and or higher commission
