Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal

Warnock MacKinlay Law PLLC is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all stages of litigation. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and filing of legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage and maintain case files, including organizing documents, evidence, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide support in case investigation.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and participate in trials when necessary.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Have 5+ years’ experience in Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation in Arizona.
• Have experience with notice of claims, premise, negligence, road designs, trucking claims and complex litigation matters.
• Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests while under close supervision.
• Be detailed and organized – Will be responsible for organizing records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format.
• Follow the ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and consistent schedule
• Enjoy helping clients while showing empathy and understanding.
