Injection Mold Operator

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a certified women owned business in Garrett, IN with expertise in rubber extrusion, splicing, molding, roll covering and die-cutting.

$17.00/hour

Day Shift: Mon-Wed 6am–6pm & Thu 6am-10am

Night Shift: Monday 2am - 6am; Tuesday & Wednesday 6pm - 6am.

Injection Mold Operator Job Summary:

Injection Mold Operator is responsible for loading rubber into the injection mold.
Injection Mold Operator is responsible for visual inspection of parts.
Injection Mold Operator is responsible for unloading the rubber form after extrusion.
Injection Mold Operator will be manning multiple mold machines.
Machine operation and upkeep in a fast-paced environment

Injection Mold Operator Qualifications:

Must be able to read a tape measure; Calipers helpful not required.
Must be able to lift 30-100 lbs.
Manufacturing experience a plus but will train.
