Job Description
Role
As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader), you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment. You'll manage preventative maintenance activities, build a world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance team, and ensure customer deadlines are met. You'll also hire, train, coach, and review the performance of employees, and enforce safety requirements.

- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field/vocational studies (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
