Contract Manager

InvestCloud is looking to add an experienced contract manager to join our global legal team. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage a large volume of contracts through review, negotiation and execution, with a focus on SaaS subscription and professional services sales contracts. The successful candidate with be a strong, independent partner to internal business clients and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple transactions at the same time, utilizing effective communication, negotiation and analytical skills to work complex issues and drive business-oriented solutions. You will work closely with sales teams, project delivery teams and other business stakeholders to support contract reviews and negotiations in a timely and efficient manner. This position will report directly to InvestCloud’s Assistant General Counsel.

How you will provide meaningful contributions:

• Draft and assist in the negotiation of SaaS subscription and related agreements for the sale of InvestCloud’s products and services in the U.S. and internationally.

• Provide guidance regarding risks and opportunities based on particular transaction and customer profiles to guide business teams.

• Assist in building and improving internal approval and workflow processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when working with other business stakeholders on deals and projects.

• Partner with global cross-functional internal teams on various other legal projects on an as-needed and as-available basis.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• 3+ years of experience in negotiating complex technology agreements and professional services agreements with a cloud or software company.

• Substantial relevant experience managing SaaS subscription deals and working with members of the sales team to drive deals from inception to close.

• Eagerness to help and to find creative ways to solve problems for business teams is a must.

• Excellent writing, oral communication, organizational, and project management skills.

• Eager to take on challenges and learn new skills and areas of law and business.

• Ability to work with limited oversight and manage time and relationships.

• Comfortable navigating complicated and nuanced legal issues.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. Salary range: $85,000 - $150,000
