Glades Talent is representing a standout MSP company looking to bring aboard a talented Level II Help Desk Engineer for the Greenvale/Long Island area.

Your New Role: System Engineer (Hybrid, Greenvale, NY)

In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility of remote work while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks from troubleshooting and technical support to system engineering and design. We value creativity, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to tackling IT challenges.

What We're Looking For:

  • A knack for Systems Engineering and Design.
  • Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, Azure, Office 365, and VmWare/Hyper-V
  • A wizard at Troubleshooting, with stellar System Administration and Technical Support skills.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level IT systems.
  • A natural problem solver with analytical prowess.
  • Exceptional communication skills; because we value collaboration and sharing ideas.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
  • Industry certifications (like MCSE, CCNA) would be a cherry on top.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in our core industries is a bonus, but not a must.
