Infopro Digital group ("Infopro") are recruiting for a Commercial Development Manager on a permanent basis to join Haynes Group Limited to sit within Infopro's Automotive division based out of Nashville.

As the North American Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial development of our brands in the North American market. You will lead sales initiatives to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expand our customer base, and enhance brand presence across various channels. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, understanding of the automotive industry, strong business development skills, and a proven track record of executing successful commercial activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive channel development plan and activity to drive revenue growth (price, volume, product position), expand / develop sales in new/existing channels, and strengthen the brand's new product success in the North American market with consumers and sales partners.

Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with automotive retailers, distributors, online platforms, and industry influencers, OEM data providers to expand our product capabilities and sales opportunities.

Product Development Support: Collaborate with the product development team to identify market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities, providing insights and feedback to inform product development decisions.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, understanding their needs and requirements to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Business planning & development: Build and deliver the annual business, sales, & resource plan in collaboration with finance, sales channels, and central resources.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial development or business development roles within the automotive industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Deep understanding of the North American automotive market, including customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Strong business acumen and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and proactively drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
