RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health

Amazing Care Home Health is hiring a full-time RN Clinical Manager for our Aurora office.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Manager will assist DON with the day-to-day operations related to all clinical services. The Clinical Manager will help the DON with quality assurance programs. This will include educating and informing all staff about home health statutes and administrative rules, as well as supervising all field staff for which they are responsible.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of three years' experience in home health with one year of clinical management or administrative experience in home health preferred.
• Ability to learn, assimilate, and apply principles of current health care practice.
• Ability to organize work procedures, assume responsibility and effectively supervise others.
• Possess excellent problem-solving techniques and abilities.
• Willingness and desire to educate and orientate new staff
• Be knowledgeable of the statutory and administrative rules of State and Federal Agencies as it pertains to home health
• Current State license as Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR card
• Current State Driver's License.
