What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Home Health Supervisor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Home Health Supervisor, you need a solid background in nursing or healthcare management, typically supported by an RN license and supervisory experience. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, care planning software, and regulatory compliance tools is essential.
