Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute editorial strategies to drive engagement and growth across digital platforms such as websites, social media, and mobile apps.

Manage a team of content creators, including writers, videographers, and graphic designers, to ensure high-quality digital content production.

Plan, assign, and review content to meet brand standards, audience needs, and strategic objectives.

Edit and optimize digital content for clarity, consistency, and SEO.

Stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging technologies to inform content strategy and innovation.

Ensure compliance with digital media laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all content creation and distribution efforts.

Manage relationships with external partners, including freelance contributors, agencies, and vendors, to support content production and distribution as needed.

Requirements:

Fluency in both Korean and English.
