Job Title: Sr. Human Resources Specialist

Direct Hire - Permanent Full Time Opportunity

Competitive Salary – $95,000 to $110,000 Annual

About Our HR Team

Our HR team is growing! As our company continues to grow and expand, our HR team needs to grow to be able to support our teams. We are a global environment with a headquarters in Palo Alto, California. Our team is dispersed, with HR coverage in each local office to support the local teams. This person will help us with our continued growth, supporting employees and managers, while working on various HR related projects.

Job Description

• Coordinate employee trainings
• Conduct New Hire Orientations
• Provides Benefits Administration support by assisting on benefits related matters
• Maintain and update HRIS and other systems accurately
• Provide high touch support to employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
• Partner with leadership in ensuring state and federal compliance
• Respond to requests for employment verifications and unemployment claims
• Maintain employee files and uploading new hire documentation
• Ensure data integrity by running regular audits/reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other administrative tasks as necessary
• Self-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward
• Positive attitude and motivated by contributing to the overall success of team
• Attention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task and work on many projects at once
• ADP WorkForceNow day to day is a must

• Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of prior experience in HR or Associate's Degree with 3-5 years of prior experience in HR
• ADP - ADP WorkForceNow is required, hands-on 5 – 8 years
