Job Description
Senior Gas Distribution Engineer
The Senior Gas Distribution Engineer is responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of natural gas distribution principles and practices, as well as experience working in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and constructing natural gas distribution systems
- Maintaining natural gas distribution systems
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
- Working with customers and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
- Providing technical support to other engineers and staff
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in natural gas distribution
- Strong understanding of natural gas distribution principles and practices
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
