• Sourcing Candidates with proven systems - cold calling and warm leads provided
• Scheduling Candidates for Interviews
• Interviewing candidates
• Place candidates with agency owners
• Monitoring progress for producers in licensing programs
• Monitoring progress for producer appointments within agencies
• Event planning
• Other duties as assigned

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
