Inventory Warehouse Manager–$40,000-$60,000 + Excellent Benefits– Little Rock, Arkansas

The Role

We are a growing technology company, looking to appoint an experienced and pro-active Inventory Warehouse Manager to our growing team.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse inventory, ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish operational procedures for all physical activities of incoming, outgoing, disposition and handling of any and all office technology equipment, parts, supplies or materials, etc. to keep warehouse inventory current and organized.
  • Communicates with vendors and internally when deliveries are delayed, incorrect, broken equipment or parts, etc. to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Oversees a clean, organized equipment warehouse; utilizes forklift safely to maintain physical order of warehouse; communicates regularly on key items in need (parts, supplies or equipment).
  • Collaborates with all teams including admin, delivery, purchasing, service and sales to maximize efficiency with correct resources and minimize issues knowing the customer is our first concern.
  • Maintains precise reporting of inventory at a glance utilizing MS Excel; reviews records to ensure accuracy; has an eye for detail on incoming deliveries and outgoing deliveries to ensure warehouse operations are running efficiently.

The Person

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus previous experience working as an inventory warehouse manager.
  • Previous experience implementing and streamlining operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision making, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic Math and Computer skills; experience using Office 365 utilizing MS Excel is highly preferred.
  • Physical endurance to be on feet, bending, stooping, stretching, and moving about within warehouse on concrete floor; previous experience safely driving forklift.
