- We make everything from scratch, utilizing whole animals and organic ingredients from local farms.
- We compost all of our food scraps and use truly eco-friendly (safe) cleaning products.

- Our food menu changes weekly, in order to feature the freshest food possible.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the industry. If you have a thirst for knowledge, we are happy to teach you what we've learned over our past 40+ combined years in restaurants.
We are open Thursday - Sunday which means your work week is four days.
