About the Role: As a Production Assistant at Think Tell Junction, you'll be an integral part of our production team, assisting in the coordination and execution of various projects. From pre-production planning to post-production tasks, you'll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to every stage of the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-production tasks such as scheduling, location scouting, and obtaining necessary permits.
• Coordinate logistics for production shoots, including equipment setup, transportation, and catering.
• Support the production team on set by assisting with lighting, camera operation, and other technical tasks.
• Collaborate with post-production team to organize and manage media assets.
• Conduct research and gather resources to support creative concepts and project development.
• Maintain organization of production materials and equipment inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of video production equipment and techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
