Manager/Backoff System
Role and Responsibilities:
Active Crunch Time Administration and restaurant support including but not limited to:
o Account creation and password support
- New user set up
- Assigning/moving users to new locations as needed
- D.O. locations assigned / updated
- Manager termination
- Manager Password Resets
- Troubleshooting CT employee user login and sending reset passwords
o CDP errors – ongoing daily throughout the week but:
- All Invoice errors completed by 8 am CST for Monday morning (Creation/Mapping of any new or subbed Product Items)
- All Menu Mix errors completed by 8 am CST on Monday morning (Creation / linking of any new POS buttons)
o Theoretical recipe management – cross branded with an emphasis on a specific brand
- Collaborate with Marketing and Culinary to assist in food costing and menu engineering; after all new items / recipes / conversion added, cost menu.
- Collaborate with POS to ensure new recipes are linked and ready for go live
- Collaborate with POS to ensure POS button names/PLU updates are correctly mapped.
- Programming new recipes, new products, recipe conversions and counts, product conversions and counts, prior to menu launch. Add new product items and cost into brand specific storage locations.
- Updating Prep and Menu Recipes as changes are made from culinary.
- Updating User Defined Categories
o Inventory Management support at the Director and restaurant level
- Monitor days on hand, AvT and assist in trouble shooting COGs that do not align with company goals
o Hold ongoing training and support calls for Directors/Managers
- Support and train new functionalities as they are rolled out
- Support and train current functions if needed
o Support / Train in continued rollout of Crunch Time to additional brands and franchises
o Onboarding for new locations – on sight and remote. Various functions have to be completed for new locations; location set up, vendors / bidsheets, vendor purchase items, storage locations, managers, employees, GL set up, recipes, menu items, mapping, ensure transfer of electronic vendor purchases flow correctly.
o Labor/TeamWorxs support
- Assist locations in trouble shooting labor challenges and ensure labor is ready to be posted at the appropriate time
- Respond to any requests for un-posting labor after 12n on Monday.
o Participation in weekly team planning meetings to ensure adequate coverage and support
o PTO coverage for other support staff on the Team
o Vendor set up within CT for new vendors – collaborate with AP
- Complete replication requests on time
- Verify Replication requests are approved; forward to Shannon if not on current lists.
o Actively monitor and respond to all Crunch Time Help Emails within the specified goals of the department.
o Maintain / Update / Add User groups as needed.
o Project Management as needed.
o Keep database clean and streamlined.
