In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure projects run smoothly, from compiling documents and handling communication to creating submittals and managing project closeouts. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, field operations, and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain project documentation
• Streamline communication between project teams
• Provide administrative support across departments
• Manage project data and ensure confidentiality
• Prepare jobs for bidding and handle project changes
• Create and track project submittals
• Close-out project documents

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
