Engineering & Maintenance Manager (in NC)

We're looking for a full time Engineering and Maintenance Manager position with a manufacturer located in the area of Charlotte / Biscoe, North Carolina.

Salary Range: $110k to $140k plus 10% bonus potential and full relocation

Must haves:

• · Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• · 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing with related experience.
  

In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant Engineering and Maintenance. You'll set goals, develop your team, and implement strategies to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and direct maintenance and plant engineering operations to maximize uptime and production efficiency.

· Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring adherence to all regulations and procedures.

· Oversee maintenance programs, including preventive and predictive maintenance.

· Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and maintenance operations.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, coaching and mentoring supervisors.

· Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and contractors.

· Stay current on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or related environment.

· Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.

· Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
