Facility Care Coordinator

ROLE IN ONE SENTENCE: Ensure Grace Ministries' three facilities are in excellent condition, set up properly, clean, presentable and ready for use.

OWNERSHIP OF:

• Maintaining clean facilities by performing weekly duties and daily spot cleaning in all public areas of the building, including bathrooms, sanctuary, kitchens, and meeting rooms
• Setup and teardown of spaces in our facilities
• Ensuring facilities are secured for the evening, as needed
• Reporting all facility deficiencies and damages to supervisor
• Taking inventory of cleaners and other supplies and submitting requests when items need to be replenished.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have knowledge of and observe proper chemical handling procedures when working with cleaning agents
• Must have knowledge of proper use of appropriate personal protective equipment based on job duties, including wearing gloves, goggles, or masks
• Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions as provided by supervisors
• Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
