Job Description

Join Our Team: Experienced Scheduler Needed!

Are you an experienced scheduler with a passion for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for building efficient working relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Five (5) years of full-time paid professional experience responsible for scheduling, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, OR graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in any course, plus an additional two (2) years of experience in Construction Scheduling.
Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.
Experience with projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
Superior organizational and planning skills.
MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE - OTHER INDUSTRIES SUCH AS GAS/ENERGY; MANUFACTURING/PRODUCTION; ETC. DO NOT QUALIFY.
Must be vaccinated against Covid-19.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain program schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types.
Monitor and actively participate in project and program scheduling issues while administering best practices and standards.
Obtain accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and perform QA/QC on information received.
Create and develop conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types, including large complex multi-year projects.
Perform Critical Path analyses and Earned Value analyses.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management.
