Customer Service Representative

Our client is currently seeking an experienced customer service representative to join their team!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm during training, then 8:30am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services and warranties
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Must be able to attend in-office training and potential remote work once training completed. Must have your own laptop or desktop.
- Previous experience in customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
