Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced customer service representative to join their team!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm during training, then 8:30am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services and warranties
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Must be able to attend in-office training and potential remote work once training completed. Must have your own laptop or desktop.
Previous experience in customer service
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
