We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Representative I to join the Fund Order Processing team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL (4 days in the office per week).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Handle all aspects of Fund of Fund client accounts, including actioning and resolving inquiries, and transactional processing (trade completion, execution, and settlement).
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and assist in communication internally with operating areas, and externally with clients, Investment managers, and Administrators.
  • Participate in the preparation and completion of trade documentation and ensure cash instruction verification is completed accurately and expeditiously.
  • Assist in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure timely and correct management.
  • Maintain and update the daily transactional workflow of assigned trades and support the team as a resource in completing daily tasks.
  • Ensure client processing of transactions is handled correctly and timely through settlement.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
