Job description

Almega Management Group is growing in Columbus and we’re looking for driven, people-focused Client Representatives to join our growing team in Delaware, OH! This is an on-site role where you’ll support customers both in-office and throughout the local community! If you enjoy face-to-face interaction, providing helpful solutions, and working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this opportunity is a great fit.


As a Client Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between customers and the services that make their daily lives easier. You’ll play a key role in educating customers, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.


Client Representative Responsibilities

  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products or services
  • Represent clients and their brands in a professional and positive way
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to completion
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
  • Provide a positive customer experience and answer questions as needed
  • Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, and promotions
  • Work closely with the team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
