Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. The Construction Project Manager will plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish while working in a fast-paced and highly efficient manner.

Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with client, engineers, architects and others in design process • Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables • Ensure project stays within budget and timelines • Gathering documentation to submit for required construction permits • Hire subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities • Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements • Report project progress and budget to client • Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner

Skills Required: • Excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients and give clear orders and process complex information to then delegate to others in a simpler manner • Excellent time management skills in order to meet deadlines and ensure that projects run smoothly • Experience drafting proposals and budget plans, along with documentation of the project to clients • Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts and drawings of the project

Salary Range: $75,000 - $150,000
