Maintenance Team Supervisor - $22.00 per hour
- $22 to $24 Yearly

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Oversight of planned projects during assigned shifts based on task delegation from Facilities Manager.
2. Monitors the building for compliance with health and safety guidelines.
3. Ensures emergency maintenance is handled promptly and effectively.
4. Provides recommendations and executes all assigned maintenance projects and activities.
5. Ensures work by vendors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any suspected deficiencies.
6. Trains Maintenance Team Members in building maintenance, safety methods, preventative maintenance, and other procedures.
7. Coordinate building and systems inspections with Facilities Manager.
8. Assists with managing the preventative maintenance of all equipment, including building systems, technology, attractions, and office equipment.
9. Oversee all maintenance inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
10. Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe manner.
11. Ensure completion of scheduled daily, weekly, and quarterly task lists as assigned by Facilities Manager.
12. Document written procedures for maintenance tasks.
13. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience:
HS Diploma/GED Equivalent. One or more years related experience and/or combination of education, training, and experience. General understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or mechanical experience is required. Some demonstrated Supervisory experience required.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before small groups of customers or employees of organization.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, and POS systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Will Supervise Maintenance Team Members. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these team members in the absence of the Facilities Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable state and federal laws.
Responsibilities may include assisting in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

This position will perform work within all areas of the facility and may be exposed to dust, dirt, grease and extremes and difference in temperature. There are no adverse conditions associated with this position.
