About the Firm: Charles F. Myers, P.A. is an estate planning, probate, and trust administration firm located in Phoenix. We have a team of 12 individuals, including 3 attorneys, paralegals, file clerks, legal assistants, and receptionist. We foster long-term relationships with many clients and also serve one VIP client and work closely with their accountants and financial advisors.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process semi-monthly payroll using ADP
Maintain employee files and HR records
Handle general bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable
Manage multiple banking accounts
Serve as the liaison with the IT company
Renew lease agreements for office equipment
Input data into timekeeping and billing programs
Manage attorney continuing education updates and dues
Order supplies, process credit card payments, and provide financial reporting
Handle insurance needs, licensing, hiring, and firing
Familiarity with software including NetDocuments, Centerbase, PC Law, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro
Handle other issues relating to the management of the office

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an hour lunch break

Compensation:

Salary range: $80k to $90k
Benefits include dental, medical, 401k with 3% matching after 1 year, FSA, Aflac supplemental health insurance, covered parking, sick days, holidays, and 2 weeks of vacation
