Currently hiring a Mechanical Project Controls Manager to oversee industrial construction projects including power plants, refineries, mining and industrial manufacturing.
Must be local to Colorado (opportunity available in Salt Lake City, Utah as well). Or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance provided.

What the job entails:
- Opportunity Tracking- Implement and enforce opportunity tracking SOP within a CRM from RFP to Award. Track win rate and other pertinent sales data.
- Estimating- Support the development of new T&M rate sheets for each region. Initial contract reviews.
- Project Lifecycle- Develop, train and audit Project setup SOP, Budget, Accounting Interface, Work Plans, PO's and Accrual Setup.
- Project Execution- Work Plan, Daily and Weekly costing/reporting, Production Tracking, Scheduling, Doc Control, Contract management, Invoicing, Forecasting, Etc.
- Project Closeout- Punchlist, Final Billings, Warranty, Lease Closeouts, Demobilization, Notices, Etc.
- Work with Regional Ops Managers to ensure compliance with SOPs and reporting.
- Support Resource Management
- Supplement upfront customer interactions to help drive sales.
- Month End consolidation of project financials.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in the construction of industrial projects.
- Experience with strategic planning, financial statement evaluation, KPI development, leadership development, customer acquisition, basic human resource functions, and all other elements of leading a construction company.
- Experience managing projects across multiple locations, up to $50MM in value, and multiple crews with at least 150 craft employee.
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient with P6 or similar scheduling software.
- Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software.
- Proficiency with technical writing.
- OSHA safety training.
- Clean and Valid drivers license.
- Experience as a Project Manager in any field.
